Elevator RFP

The Morgantown Public Library is now accepting proposals for the modernization of a 3-story, Dover elevator with capacity of 13/2100lbs. The bidder will be responsible for retaining and managing all subcontractors involved in the project. The scope of work must include updating the elevator control system with modern technology, improving safety features, enhancing overall efficiency, and aesthetic.

Interested bidders should provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach to the project, including timelines, cost estimates, previous project references, as well as proof of licensing and insurance.

All bids must be submitted in PDF format to rfp.bids@mympls.org by 5pm on 4/28/2023.
