Oceans Mindfulness & Yoga Workshop for Teens (Downtown Branch)
Bring your yoga mat and dress comfortably for a beginners yoga class for teens (ages 12-18). Listen to the ocean waves, smell sea salt in the air, and practice mindfulness. Participants will receive small mindfulness kits, including: a journal, candle, resources packet, and other goodies! Kits are available on a first come first serve basis.
Meet us at the Morgantown Public Library, downtown branch, in Meeting Room A in the lower level.
This program is part of the 2022 Teen Summer Reading Program. You do not need to be registered for the Summer Reading Program to participate in this event.
