Register for our in-person Read To Rover evening to help improve literacy confidence by reading with a trained therapy dog. Registrants are allotted 10 to 15 minutes to read to a special canine. We welcome kids ages 4-12 to sign up by calling 304-291-7425 or stopping by the front desk at the downtown branch to reserve your spot.
