Thank You for Your Library Love!

Now that GivingTuesday is over for 2025, we want to express our enormous gratitude to all of our donors and supporters. December 2 was a global day of generosity, and the Morgantown Public Library System aimed to raise $2,500 for the 2026 Summer Reading Program. We met and exceeded that goal! Now, our biggest project of the year will be better than ever, with all-ages activities and events across Monongalia County.

Looking to support your library? We’d love you to be a library hero! We’re now accepting donations to our general operations fund, which supports all our programming, collections, and expenses.

Beyond donating, here’s how else you can help support the library:

• Post about the library on social media. Follow our Facebook and Instagram, share our content, or write your own.
• Tell your friends about the library. Send a text, make a call, or take a trip to the library together!
• Use your library card! The more you use your card, the better we look to our funders. Check out or download a book, audiobook, or movie!
